Overview
Our Douglas-based client are an independent, dynamic business that provides a diverse range of services to a broad audience of small professional service businesses. They are now seeking an experienced Onboarding Administrator to join them on a part-time (circa 20 hours per week), permanent basis.
The Onboarding Administrator will be responsible for the overall onboarding of new clients. Duties include:
- Processing KYC, working within regulatory timeframes
- Act as the main point of contact for queries
- Liaising with the Sales and Payroll teams and other internal departments as required
The ideal candidate for the role of Onboarding Administrator will have:
- Previous experience in an onboarding role within the finance sector
- Have excellent communication skills and be proactive in your approach to the role
- Familiarity and confidence using MS Office Suite (MS Word and Excel)
