MT 041/18 Personal Assistant

Our leading Client within the Consulting field, with a leaning towards emerging technologies is urgently seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to join and contribute to a newly created function.

Role Profile:

- Manage the daily diary of the Executive
- Capture meeting minutes and actions accurately
- Act as point-of-contact to the Executive while they are off-site
- Produce documents under direction of the Executive
- Manage day-to-day communications by email, letter, and telephone on behalf of the Executive in order to aid in planning and prioritisation to achieve an efficient diary
- Produce excel spreadsheets of information on a regular basis, enabling use of formulae, pivot tables, and advanced features of excel

Person Profile:

- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Proficient user of the MS Office Suite of applications
- Ability to plan and organise work to meet deadlines
- A flexible and adaptable attitude
- Good problem solving skills
- Good team working skills

Desirable, but not essential:

- an interest in technology and/or emerging technologies

Salary: Excellent
