MC 361/17 Switches Administrator

A 9-month Fixed Term vacancy has arisen for a Switches Administrator within our prestigious Life Assurance Client's Fund Services Team.

Role Profile:

- Managing all customer switch requests in a confident and proactive manner
- Differentiate between standard and non-standard requests
- Ensuring accurate and timely processing of all customer requests and queries
- Manage and competently handle a variety of customer queries

Person Profile:

- Have proven experience and evidence of operating in a customer services environment
- GCSE in English and Mathematics, grades A-C
- Familiar with Microsoft Office, to include Excel and Word
- Office or Life Office experience is desirable but not essential

Salary: Excellent Package
