MP 276/17 Retention & Conversion Administrator
We are seeking an enthusiastic Customer Conversion / Retention Administrator to join our Douglas-based client within the digital media sector.
You will have a minimum of 2-years' experience gained in a Customer focused role, and be a confident communicator - online, email, live chat, and over the telephone.
- Provide superior customer service in pursuit of cross-selling & upselling towards the Company's clients
- Identify opportunities to upgrade Clients to VIP, and cater to them accordingly
- Friendly, confident, approachable - a people person!
- Experienced and confident using applications and websites
- Desirable, but not essential: experienced in the use of live chat
