MP 272/17 Customer Service Admin (8am-4pm)
We are seeking an enthusiastic Customer Support Administrator to join our Douglas-based client within the digital media sector.
You will have a minimum of 2-years' experience gained in a Customer focused role, and be a confident communicator - online, email, live chat, and over the telephone.
- Supporting Customer service enquiries through various media: live chat, telephone, and email
- assist customers in their journey through the company's website
- record customer interactions and feedback to the Customer Service Manager
- Friendly, confident, approachable - a people person!
- Experienced and confident using applications and websites
- Desirable, but not essential: experienced in the use of live chat
Salary: 17.5k - £19k
