MP 240/17 Trust Administrator

Our Life Assurance client are expanding, and require additional support within the Trust team and have an opening for a Trust Administrator.

Key Responsibilities:-
- Dealing with Clients, colleagues, and Sales Teams in the administration and timely management of Client and Trust requirements
- Supporting with the QA of all work within the team, assuring the highest standards of accuracy in all aspects of work
- Ability to process and pre-vet new business applications
- Ability to process and check annual reviews and highlight issues, and process any amendments to trust or client information
- Ability to process requests for distributions to beneficiaries
- Ability to process assignments and Requests for Payments
- Liaise effectively with colleagues across the business to ensure interdepartmental tasks are completed effectively
- Process invoices and trust company payments as required

Skills and Capabilities
- A minimum of 2 years' experience within the Financial Services sector (of which a minimum of 1-yr within Life Assurance
- GCSE (or equivalent) at Grade C or above in Maths & English
- Good knowledge of MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Confident and effective communicator, both written and verbal-

Desirable, but not essential:
- Familiarity with - or already studying towards - STEP qualification

Salary: 20k - £22k, DOE
