MP 248/17 HR Business Partner (Part Time)

Our leading client is establishing a HQ operation here on IOM, and is in the midst of mobilising an advance set-up team. As part of this, they are forming the HR & Talent function. This role requires a Part-time HR professional to support the HRD and L&D Lead in:-

- Helping define the processes & procedures for the Learning & Development function
- Perform Training Needs Analysis (TNA),and define L&D requirements and development plans
- Conduct staff Performance Reviews across a number of staffing disciplines

Person Profile:
- A minimum of 1 Years' experience within a HR function
- 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above (or equivalent)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
