MP 266/17 HR Administrator

An exciting Full Service HR outsource team require depth in capability as they grow their portfolio and Customer base. In their latest wave of recruitment, they require two HR Administrators.

Role Brief:
- Support the HR Director in day-to-day administrative tasking
- Input and update employee records in the HRMS
- Manage the team's diary
- Address day-to-day communications between the HR team and clients, by email and phone
- Support the HR team with confidential documentation

Person Profile:
- A minimum of 1 Years' experience in a HR or related function
- 5 GCSEs at Grade C or higher (or qualified by professional experience)
- A superior communicator - verbal and written
- Excellent experience with MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Sharepoint, PowerPoint)
- Committed to developing a career within HR

Desirable (but not essential)
- Qualified or working towards CIPD qualification

Salary: 20k - £25k, DOE
